Join us this month for a special themed wine tasting event, specifically designed to explore wine styles beyond your everyday Chardonnays. Jacqui Van Ham has been the 610 Magnolia Wine Steward for almost a year and her experience will guide you through an exploration of wines ranging from the 2009 Robert Sinskey Rose of Pinot Noir to the 2008 Verget Viré-Clessé, to the 2008 Mar de Frades Albarino and much more. Enjoy a variety of paired canapés, along with facts, industry anecdotes, and details on growing and wine making.
$35 per person includes flight of wines and light appetizers.

Join us in the Wine Studio courtyard, weather permitting, for a good old fashioned BBQ, 610 style, as chef Edward Lee serves up all things smoked and grilled paired with a selection of Zinfandels. A unique twist on a summer classic! We encourage you to select your favorite bottle and grab a table. So bring your blue jeans and your appetite for good food and wines to match, we'll bring on the barbeque.

Summer Reds

Please join us in The Wine Studio as we explore red wines fit for the
summer table and patio. As we head into the full heat of the summer
and white wines abound, allow us to introduce you to reds that stand
up to the balmy weather and summer menu. Featured wines range from the 2007 Chono Reserva Carmenere-Syrah Blend from Argentina to the 2006 Calera Central Coast Pinot Noir, with many stops in between. A handful of whites will also be available for those who wish to accompany the red drinkers, but may not share their dedication in every season.

us at 610 after the tasting, reservations will be available. Please

Southern and Spice

Chef Edward Lee was hand picked this past June to debut a new culinary
style at the National Restaurant Association trade show in Chicago.
It was a robust Asian inspired cuisine with southern accents. Much
his surprise, dishes like Braised Kalbi Ribs with Heirloom Grits,
Green Tomato Kim Chi and Pork-Bourbon Dumplings were the hit of the
show. It was so popular, that we are re-creating the menu in the Wine
Studio with other similarly inspired menus already in the works. Get
ready for a night of bold spices and new flavor combinations.

Food and Wine
610 Magnolia serves New American cuisine that is globally influenced while utilizing the rich array of local organic products available in the Kentucky/Indiana region. Open to the public for dinner only on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Reservations are required.
Chef Edward Lee of 610 Magnolia unveils a new menu with previously unavailable 3 and 4 course dinner menu options. The price is $45 per person for the 3-course menu and $55 per person for the 4-course menu. The menu is designed to give people more choices and more freedom to customize a meal.
The signature creativity of the Farm to Table Cuisine and the commitment to the freshest local ingredients remains just the same. The complete 6-course Chef's Menu with Wine Pairings, that has been up until now the only menu offered, will still be available on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings, the only nights that 610 Magnolia is open to the public.
