today were sourced from France. Let us guide you through the classics
beauties and forgotten misfits, with wines who may have their roots in
France, but have found their way around the world.
If you would like to bring one of your new selections across and join
us at 610 after the tasting, reservations will be available. Please

Thursday September 23rd
New World Spotlight Wine Tasting
5:30pm

This month in the Wine Studio as we showcase some of our favorite wines from the new kids on
the block, to book end with our French Varietals tasting and bring you
full circle. France may be the mother of all wine countries and Europe
the hallowed ground of viticulture, but the US, South America and
others have begun in earnest to give the old guard a run for their
money. Beginning in the 70's when the wine world was shocked by an
California Chardonnay taking the grand prize at what would come to be
know as "the judgement of Paris", the new world has steadily won the
praise and respect it deserves. Join us as we taste through Pinot
Gris, Zinfandel, Chenin Blanc and Chardonnay from California to New
Zealand and all points between.
$30 per person
Please RSVP

 Wednesday September 29th
Goose Island Beer Dinner
7:00pm

Join us in the Wine Studio as 610 features the fabulous beers of Goose
Island Brewery, Chicago IL. When the first Goose Island Brewpub opened its doors in 1988,
domestic, mass-produced beer was deeply ingrained in Midwestern
culture. The craft beer industry was still in its infancy, with only a
handful of brewpubs in existence in the Midwest. Goose Island’s brewers set
to work crafting a diverse selection of unique beers – and on Friday,
May 13, 1988 the Goose Island Brewpub was born. Chef Lee
and the team at 610 will showcase the distinct flavor profiles of hand
picked Goose Island selections with a 4 course dinner artfully crafted
for your dining and drinking pleasure.

$60 per person includes dinner with beer pairings
Please RSVP
